The Workshop:
Our workshop is a 1.5 hr Beginner Salsa and Partner work class taught by the very talented Salsero Xavier Marzan in a socially friendly, yet structured class. You will get the break-down: basic steps, timing, basic turn patterns, and most of all the groove and feel of the music.
No partner necessary! The partnering portion of class will be rotation style so that you learn to dance with different people: tall, short, rhythmically gifted, and some not so much 🙂
Yes!!! This will be a fun class!!! Jannelle Cortes will be on hand to assist the instructor and students! We will be keeping the studio open after the workshop for extra practice time (light refreshments will be served starting at 6:30p). Gentlemen are encouraged to register! Space is very limited! So get your tickets now!
I look forward to seeing you all at the workshop!
Your dance ambassadors,
Groovefit “Dance for the Sweat of It”
